Living in Luxury at the Wynn & Encore in Las Vegas

The wildly entertaining and exotic city of Las Vegas is unlike any other in the world. In just a weekend you can experience a lifetime of excitement and luxury, with concerts, showcases, gambling and music around every corner, and plenty of lavish hotels to retreat to for some rest and relaxation.

As the city can be so physically and mentally draining at times, it is imperative to splurge and make sure you are staying at the nicest of resorts. Whenever I travel out west, I enjoy my time at the Wynn, arguably the finest hotel in the city.

Located in the heart of the Vegas Strip, the Wynn is a distinct resort destination with its own repertoire of accommodations, culinary offerings and leisure activities including a plethora of new retail outlets, cozy bars and lounges, restaurants, one ultra-chic nightclub and an opulent spa and salon. What’s more, the fitness centre and the pools are second to none.

There is something there for every traveler, whether you are alone on business, heading out with friends to celebrate, or visiting with your family. When you are alone, or with a friend or two, I prefer the Encore, a beautiful and extravagant resort just next to and affiliated with the Wynn proper.

The 2,034 suites offer the luxury of space in a comfortable, residential setting. They feature floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic views, advanced technologies, and timeless design. You can relax with signature Wynn robes, touch-screen curtains, lighting and privacy controls. Moreover, each bathroom features a separate shower, soaking tub and separate water closet.

Elsewhere in the resort, the pool at Encore offers private cabanas loaded with a mini-fridge, plasma TV, a table, chairs and sofa, as does the pool at Wynn, while both offer heated pools surrounded by immaculate gardens. As if you couldn’t relax enough, Encore features two spacious resort pools and two Jacuzzi spas. The secluded European pool at Encore allows for topless sunbathing while Wynn also offers a European pool.

For all the craziness and energy that makes up the Las Vegas strip, it is very important to your physically and mental health to find a place where you can relax in a variety of ways, whether it is inside your hotel room, at the spa, or lounging by the pool.

Happy Travels,

Andrew.
